I think therapy has a purpose for everyone and I want to do what I can to support you in figuring out what it may hold for you. It can be a jarring first step to make; as someone who is South Asian and identifies as a Queer, gay, man, I grew up thinking I did not have an opportunity to share my story with anyone. I applaud you for taking this first step and I am here to give that opportunity for you to share your story.

It's important to feel truly understood and to have your unique experiences recognized. Therapy is a vital opportunity to feel that. It is also a place where you can surprise yourself and learn a different truth about who you are. There are many possibilities in how you can utilize this. I want to be able to help anyone who might be feeling that difficulty and give that opportunity for you to share your story, supporting your journey of self-examination and self-understanding.

I strive to create a safe space where everyone is welcome to share and express themselves. A space where honesty and integrity are foundational, where we can collaborate to create goals and support you and your needs. In this space there will be no judgement, shame, guilt, or negativity. I am here to support you in being your authentic self.

Utilizing my lived experiences and knowledge, I want to provide an approach that is built on client-centered, narrative-based, and solution-focused therapies. Working with and affirming identities in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC communities, those who are underprivileged in society, and anyone who is feeling unheard is a key part of my practice. I also believe in mindful practices, where we can work to accept our unique truths and find comfort and fulfillment within them.

I am happy to explore the options with anyone who believes this might be a fit for them. We can take the chance to communicate with each other through a consultation session to see if I can support you in becoming your future self.
