Registered Psychotherapist

Do you feel overwhelmed by constant anxiety, worry, or racing thoughts? Are you feeling stuck and unsure of how to navigate the challenges life has thrown your way? Perhaps you are part of a couple looking for support around relational issues or blockages? Or maybe you are here because you seek transformative change and feel a deep desire for healing, growth, and personal empowerment. If you are facing challenges like anxiety, work struggles, stress, trauma, or relationship issues, I am here to support you.

Whether working with individuals or couples, I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, explore your emotions, and gain valuable insights and self-knowledge.

I am experienced in working with individuals and couples impacted by trauma, and I know that these experiences can leave deep scars that affect various aspects of your life. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can process and heal from these wounds and empower yourself to move forward with strength, self-compassion, and renewed hope. In this space you can also express your fears, understand their underlying triggers, and develop effective techniques to manage anxiety, regain control, and embrace a calmer and more peaceful life..

I bring a client-centred approach to our sessions, integrating various therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs. My mission is to offer a client-focused approach to help you find the best path(s) toward  healing. I have specialized training in trauma-informed and strength-based approaches and I use modalities like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Schema Focused Therapy. Our collaborative work aims to empower you with the tools, skills, and self-awareness needed to navigate life's challenges, foster growth, and create a life aligned with your values and aspirations.
