Current:

The focus of this group will be sharing and supporting one another in experiences of ableism, shame, misunderstanding, masking, exhaustion, and grief. This group is intended for neurodivergent adults but everyone is welcome.

When: When: 12:00 - 1:20pm (ET) on Wednesdays from Feb 5th
Where: This is a virtual group hosted online
Who: Neurodivergent adult (ADHD, autistic, gifted, HSP, etc. self-dx welcome)

Neurodivergent Facilitators: Nicky Deeb and Noah Gelb

Cost: $300 total for all 6 sessions. To be paid prior to the start of the first session. Sliding scale spots are available

Upcoming:

This group is space to explore attachment styles and relationships. Facilitators Nicky and Akhila intend to support participants in healing and strengthening their approaches to connection with others by collaborating to understand how attachment patterns shape and impact our relationships.

When: 1:30-2:45pm ET, weekly beginning Thursday March 6, 2025
Where: virtually on zoom
Who: Ontario residents, 18+
Cost: $300 for all 6 sessions, sliding scale spots are available

This group will provide inclusive and non judgemental space for new moms to share and discuss the experiences, feelings, shifts, challenges, issues, and questions that come with new parenthood.

When: Wednesday March 5th- Wednesday March 26th
Where: This will be a virtual group hosted online
Who: Women and nonbinary folks who are new moms (babies under 2 years)

Facilitators: Rebecca Barrett-Wallis and Maya Shapiro

Cost: $200 total for all 4 sessions. To be paid prior to the start of the first session. Sliding scale spots are available

This is a six-week run of informal and interactive weekly meetings for Black women between the ages of 18-30 that is focused on empowerment and wellness. This group will focus on information sharing and learning from each other. We will discuss various avenues for wellness and explore common concerns experienced.

This group is a space for folks who are having existential thoughts surrounding anxiety; freedom and responsibility; death; and finding meaning. It is a six-week journey that will offer connection, acceptance, catharsis, interpersonal learning, and self-understanding.

Who: This group is for any adult interested in exploring existential ideas

This is a 6-week group related to grief and the COVID-19 pandemic. This group aims to provide a safe space to discuss the experience of living through a global pandemic and the impact it continues to have on our lives. Some of us lost loved ones, jobs, and even parts of ourselves. We hope to discuss how our life trajectories were altered, the anxiety we may continue to experience, and the shifts in our identity, dreams and values that occurred as a result. This group is intended for people in Ontario who are 18+.
