Existential Insight Group 

This group is a space for folks who are having existential thoughts surrounding anxiety, freedom and responsibility, death, and finding meaning. It is a six-week journey that will offer connection, acceptance, catharsis, interpersonal learning, and self-understanding. 


When: this group does not currently have a run time scheduled
Where: This is a virtual group hosted online

Who:  This group is for any adult interested in exploring existential ideas

More Information

  • Group size will range from 4 - 6 participants. This is a closed group with fixed participants throughout the six-week term 

  • We are looking for a commitment to attend all six sessions to build trust within the group 

  • Groups will be held via Zoom. We will send out the link in your booking confirmation email as well as in an email at least 24 before the first group meeting begins
