Momentum: Making Change Happen

Are you feeling Stuck? Do you feel like you are getting in your own way? This group is a space to explore why change feels hard — and to build the momentum needed to move forward. The group will explore topics like self-talk, burnout, self-limiting beliefs, the importance of community, values, and self compassion. 

 

When: 4:00-5:30pm ET, on April 6th, 13th, and 20th
Where: This is a virtual group hosted online 
Who: Ontario residents, 18+

Who This Group Is For?

This group is for anyone who feels stuck — those struggling to start (or restart) their journey toward change. It’s a space to connect with others, explore barriers, and transform goals into action with renewed clarity and support.

More Information

  • Group size will range from 4-6 participants. This is a closed group with fixed participants throughout the six-week term 

  • We are hoping for a commitment to attend all three sessions to build trust within the group. 

  • Groups will be held via Zoom. We will send out the link in your booking confirmation email as well as in an email at least 24 before the first group meeting begins
