New Moms Group 

This group will provide an inclusive and non judgemental space for new moms to share and discuss the experiences, feelings, shifts, challenges, issues, and questions that come with new parenthood


When: 3pm on Wednesdays from Feb 19th - Mar 26th
Where: This is a virtual group hosted online 
Who: Women and non-binary folks who are new moms

FacilitatorsRebecca Barrett-Wallis and Maya Shapiro

Cost: $300 total for all 6 sessions. To be paid prior to the start of the

first session. Sliding scale spots are available.

More Information

  • Group size will range from 6 -8 participants. This is a closed group with fixed participants throughout the six-week term 

  • We are hoping for a commitment to attend all six sessions to build trust within the group. 

  • Sessions will be 75 minutes
  • Babies are welcome, but we recommend you join on your own if possible!
  • Groups will be held via Zoom. We will send out the link in your booking confirmation email as well as in an email at least 24 before the first group meeting begins
