In this workshop we will learn how to set boundaries during the holidays

and reclaim the joy in our relationships.

In this workshop, we will:

  • ​Learn what healthy boundaries are – how do they look and feel? 

  • Explore different types of boundaries

  • Learn a new framework for understanding boundaries that will lead to greater confidence, agency, and control

  • Explore how boundaries impact you and your relationships

  • Identify areas in your life where boundary setting would be helpful

  • Learn tools to make communicating your boundaries easier

  • Ask and answer questions about boundaries

  • Provide take-home worksheets and tools to personalize the teachings to your specific boundaries

  • The workshop will be held via Zoom. We will send out an email with a link at least 24 before the workshop begins

  • This is a wonderful workshop for training therapists and practicum students. Time spent in this workshop can be counted toward indirect client contact/independent research hours

  • We will take 2 short breaks and a slightly longer lunch break
